Returns and exchanges are free in the United States for all orders of full-price bras. Bras should be returned within 30 days and swim tops and bottoms should be returned within 14 days of delivery. The returns will be accepted only if the products are unworn, unwashed, and contain the original hangtags and swim liners. You cannot return or exchange the underwear bottom, totes, gift cards, and bras purchased on sale. Your refund will be processed in the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days after you return the product. You will get free shipping in the case of exchanging a product for a new size. In the case of returning multiple orders, you need to use separate boxes and labels for each order.
CUUP offers Standard and Expedited shipping in the United States. In the case of standard shipping, the products are sent via FedEx or DHL and it is free of cost for orders worth $50 or more. You do not need to wash your bras every time you wear them. In the case of underwear, use warm water for hand-wash or machine-wash as delicate and make sure you don't use bleach.
